Hours: Full Time
Description: Must be experienced in all aspects of kitchen work. Duties will include assisting the Head Chef in food preparation and running the kitchen. Must be highly motivated and enthusiastic.

BREAKFAST CHEF
Wage: Exceeds Minimum Wage
Hours: 20 – 40 hours per week– (6am start)
Description: Experienced Chef required to cook the buffet breakfast items at this busy hotel. You must be hygienic, well organised, able to work under pressure and produce high quality, hot breakfast food. Must be highly motivated and enthusiastic.
