Christmas & New Year Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings will need a £10.00 deposit per person upon booking.
2. All provisional bookings will be held for 7 days from the date booking was made. Bookings will be automatically released if a deposit is not paid by this date.
3. Payment must be made in one instalment by the Lead Booker of the party; we do not accept multiple payments/cheques from individuals of the party.
4. All payments and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
No alternative i.e. meals will be provided in the event a guest is unable to attend the event.
5. All bookings must be paid for in full 4 weeks prior to the event date or paid in full if the booking is less than 2 weeks away.
6. You may add to your booking at any time (subject to availability) doing so may alter your seating.
7. Amendments to bookings can only be made by the organiser of the party.
8. If we have to cancel or change an event, we will make you aware and offer you a suitable alternative. We cannot accept responsibility nor can we offer any suitable alternative, if any event is changed, postponed or cancelled as a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, acts/artists not attending, adverse weather, fires, floods, sabotage, strikes, epidemics, earthquakes, wars, riots, transport problems, power failures, military disturbances, accidents, labour disputes, government actions, computer failures, or threat of any of the aforementioned, or any other acts of god.
9. Scheduled events may be transferred to
another area within the hotel if necessary.
10. Artist/cabaret subject to change due to any unforeseen circumstances.
11. Minimum age for a person attending our party nights is 18 years
12. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to those whose behaviour affects the health and safety of the hotel and its occupants
13. Pre-orders are required 4 weeks prior to your event date. Pre-orders cannot be amended once submitted. One menu will apply to your party apart from any dietary requirements.
14. Only alcohol and any other beverages purchased on the premises can be consumed at the events and no alcohol or any other beverages can be brought onto the premises for consumption or prizes.
15. If your party is 6 people or under – your table may be a sharing table. If your party is 11 people or over – you may be seated at separate tables – however, the tables will be next to each other
16. We cannot guarantee any seating /table requirements, although every effort will be made to suit each request.
17. Disabled Access - please notify our reception of any wheelchairs in the party.
18. Once payment is made; you have agreed to Blancos Terms & Conditions.
